HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COST COST ME?
In tiggy.es the shipping costs are calculated according to the units of each order, you can check your order with shipping costs before confirming the purchase. We send orders to the Iberian Peninsula, both to Spain and Portugal. Check the shipping conditions for other destinations at firstname.lastname@example.org
IN HOW MUCH TIME WILL MY REQUEST BE DELIVERED?
The packages will be sent through Correos or another courier service and will be delivered within 24-72 working hours depending on the delivery area. Purchases made after 1:00 p.m. will be managed the next working day. During holidays such as Christmas or national holidays we can not guarantee delivery in 24h due to the high volume of shipments.
HOW I CAN KEEP TRACK OF MY ORDER?
As soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email with the link so you can track online. Through tracking you can manage the delivery of the package, either select preferred time zone, change delivery date.
CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
Yes, tiggy.es has a flexible return policy.
1. If your product is damaged or defective you can return it by contacting us through email@example.com or calling us at +34669337854.
2. If you are not happy with the product you can also return it, respecting the following conditions:
• The products must be returned within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the order by the customer
• The products must be returned in their box / original packaging. In case the product is wrapped in transparent paper, the paper can not have been opened
• Products must not have been used
• Please do not put zeal or stickers directly on the packaging or box. Products that are in poor condition will not be accepted

WHAT OPTIONS DO I HAVE WHEN RETURNING A PRODUCT?
To return a product you can contact the Customer Service Department by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling +34669337854. When you return a product you can choose:
• Reimbursement of the amount paid.
• Replacement of the same reference (in the cases of return for being damaged or in poor condition).
• Replacement of a substitute product. (In the event that the new product had a lower amount, The Xufa Lab will be responsible for the return of the difference, on the contrary, if the product has a higher value, the customer has to pay the difference).
* The refund of the amount or the new shipment of products will be made from the reception of the package in our offices. In the event that we finally proceed with the refund of the amount, the transfer will be made within 14 working days according to your bank.
SHOULD I PAY RETURN EXPENSES?
If you have received the order with any or all products damaged or in poor condition, you must NOT pay the shipping costs in any case. Also, if you request that the same product that was damaged be replaced or you even want to change the reference, the management and transportation expenses will be borne by tiggy.es.
tiggy.es also gives you the option to return or change the products, although you have received them in perfect conditions, however, in this case the management and transportation expenses will be at your expense.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Call us at +34669337854, we will be happy to help you, you are in good hands. There are two main reasons why you did not receive your package:
• Wrong address: In this case we recommend checking whenever the address you entered is correct, since, it is possible that your package has been delivered at the wrong address
• Failed delivery attempts: Most couriers make up to three delivery attempts with date / time of concerted delivery. In the case that they have not been able to contact you and more than 14 business days have passed since the first delivery attempt, the procedures for returning it to our offices are initiated. We recommend checking all SMS, calls and e-mails.
IF YOU DO NOT LOCATE ME WHAT HAPPENS WITH MY ORDER?
When an order could not be delivered for reasons beyond The Xufa Lab and more than 14 business days have passed since the first delivery attempt the package is returned to our offices. We automatically return the total amount of your purchase within 14 business days of receipt of the order, except for the costs originated by the shipment and return of the package.
